Article (4) Obligations of Owner
The owner is committed to the following:
Delivering the vehicle specified in Article (1) in good and valid condition for functioning subject to the traffic authority requirements. Covered comprehensive insurance and containing fuel onogh to reach the nearest petrol station.
Never inform any orginal document or any gurantee from the hirer. Handling over the hirer a dated invoice showing
wing amount of rent, paid amount and remaining dues if any. Adoption of the credit card to collect the amount of hire or vehcile of offences, receiving Dhs 2000 subject to the credit card as
a gurantee to collect fees, offences for (15) fifteen days and returning the amount or the remaining thereof after cutting the amount of the fees and offences of the hirer
Receiving the vehicle from the hirer at the end of the period of rent or any subsequent renewal in all the days of work and the owner’s time of the work except friday.
Article (5) Obligations of Hirer
Tenant is committed to the following:
Handing over the owner a copy of his passport of ID besides a copy of the driving license
Checking the vehicle ostensibly to be sure of its validity and observing the damages or
scratches on it and to be sure of the availability of all the tools attached to the vehicle (spare tire vehicle lift equipment Giving the owner the credit card number to discount the hire amount, fees and offences of the vehicle.
Delivering the vehicle to the owner in the condition be has received it at the end of hire or any subsequent extension
Obtaining the owner’s agreement on extending herein
Never use the vehicle while he is under the infulence of drug, Never transport persons or goods for money Never use the vehicle to lift or tow another vehicle. Never transport any forbidden materials inside the vehicle,
Never sub rent the vehicle or allow using it by whoseever not holding a valid driving license.
Never use the vehicle outside the borders of the United arab Emirates.

Undertaking to pay the amount of rent, salik fees and offences caused to the vehicle by him
Article (6) General Provisions
The insurance policy provisions and the obligations there in apply on the hirer if he is the cause of the accident. In case defects appear in the vehicle during the hire period which the hirer has no
relation there with he is entited to replace it with another vehicle or cancel the hire contract
The compensation provisions stipulated in the civil transaction law will apply to the
deeds which require indemnification between the two parties.
The Day for the purposes of hire is deemed to be 24 hours and more than that will be calculated by hr at the maximum
of three hours and beyond that will be considered one complete Day.
Upon Signature of this agreement, the hirer is liable to pay Dhs 2000 on on any damage that might be encountered by the car.
In case the car is fully damaged or total lose hirer is liable to Dhs 5000 Including Daily rent while under repair is hirer mistake or
non-mistake.
The permitted kms 24 hours 250kms and monthly bases 7500kms if any additional distance shall be counter as Dhs 1 por kms. Hirer agrees that car must be clean inside and outsid if not charges will be 250AED minimum 500AED
Hirer agrees that the security deposit is to be returned after 21 working days if CASH and if preauth is done then it will be 14 days as this serves as a guarantee incase if traffic fines.
In case of any penality or damage to the car or remaining balance from the contract, hirer authorize Al Taneen Rent a Cars LLC-SP to take the payment from
the authorize credit card given. Al Taneen
Rent a Cars L.L.C- SP Will not be held responsible for any cash or valuable belongings left or lost inside the vehicle after the return date.
Article (7) Disputes
In case of dispute arises between the both parties about executing the article herein
the both parties will commit to the amicable solution and in case of failing to reach to a solution, Sharjah courts will have the jurisdication to adjudicate the dispute
Article (8) Force Majeure
Any of the both parties is not responsible for implementing his obligations in case an event of the force major occurs such a (Wars Disaster-Strikes)
Article (9) Copies
His contract was made in two copies and each party holds one copy to act accordingly.
